    I've mucked it up for myself today but I've had a decent breakfast and tuna, sweetcorn pasta for lunch. I'm not one for excerise but I'm going to try and wake up earlier and walk to the second bus stop. I'm 5"7 and I'm 13.10!! I'd like to feel more confident in my clothes. My boyfriend's family are rather sporty but I don't want to do excerise that feels like it you know! Something that isn't boring factory work like the gym! Any thoughts?

  • i have recently taken up Zumba dancing and it's fantastic. It doesn't feel like an hour of torture and you can burn up to 1000 calories in that hour! Get some friends together and find somewhere that does it and have good fun!

  • I can understand the costs and the struggle it is to get to a gym, but I did the next best thing and invested in a Wii.. I've got Wii fit and Fitness Coach and find its a lot more fun to do it at my own pace and also have a little competition with my children. Your confidence in you clothes will come as you enjoy your new weight and shape so don't worry about that as it will automatically happen I'm sure - talking from personal experience.
