I've mucked it up for myself today but I've had a decent breakfast and tuna, sweetcorn pasta for lunch.
I'm not one for excerise but I'm going to try and wake up earlier and walk to the second bus stop. I'm 5"7 and I'm 13.10!! I'd like to feel more confident in my clothes.
My boyfriend's family are rather sporty but I don't want to do excerise that feels like it you know! Something that isn't boring factory work like the gym! Any thoughts?
