I'm not really one for breakfast either but I had my cereal for breakfast too. I'm a bit concerned that the plan the website has given me has me eating too much so I'm cutting out one meal a day in exchange for fruit or cereal. I think that should give better weight loss and still be sustainable. What do you guys think? Today is ok so far, but then it's only a few hours in. I think the challange lies in keeping this up, although when I actually see some weightloss then I guess I will be encouraged to keep going. My goals are to have lost enough weight to wear a size 14 (I'm 18/20 now) dress on my birthday in april and more long term to get fit enough to train for and do a triathlon. What are your goals?
