Hello, im on my first day of the challenge and im already finding it hard lol, but how much do you lose on the diet or it is different for everyone?
i think everyone is different, because i have been on this diet for 8 days and only lost 1lb, which i am really gutted about because alot of people on here say they have lost 5lbs in their first week!! I am gonna stick to it for a bit longer, but i really dont think this diet is working for me!! I am even running most days for 30 mins smallened my portains, so i know i am not doing anything wrong!! Just stick to it!!

hi just started this plan today its so hard to get motivated in jan its such a depresening month lol.
Hi, I am gonna start tomorrow, feeling a bit motivated to do it due to none of my clothes fitting at the moment. I did the slimfast a few times, lost a scary 1stone in 10 days, just seems expensive buying the shakes, gonna see if i can do it a bit more practally, also felt that the shake was not very satifying. Hopefully gonna stick to this.
remember that muscle weighs more than fat & by exercising frequently you will build muscle but this diet plan should help you loose the un neeeded fat & make you look better (y) again, i'd say STICK TO IT! :D
