I plan to start this diet on 1st January and I will stick to it. I am doing the two week challenge in order to kickstart my weight loss (hopefully)!! 2009 is going to be my year for the new me and if I get tempted to eat the wrong things then I will log in and read the success stories which should keep me on the straight and narrow.
i too am starting on 1 jan for the first time. i am not very successful when it comes to dieting so this time i hope it will work. good luck
hi sue i also started the challenge today have at least 2 st to lose, had my cereal today but was horrified how little 30grams is so had 40 grams but used skimmed milk instead of semi, i don't like special k so am having crunchy nut cornflakes instead will let u know how i get on the next 2 weeks good luck
Hi Sue - I started today too. Have just completed my meal planner for the next two weeks. I am not keen on Special K so had Fruit n Fibre this morning and an apple for a snack. Am having Quorn Salad Wraps for dinner. I am so determined to lose weight. I was 40 in March and said I will never be fat and 40 but I was and still am. 12st 12lb I weighed today. I am aiming to get to 10st 7lb. Keep with your diet - you can do it and so can I. Good luck everybody!!!
Hi Sue, val, lynn- official start date for my 2 weeks is sat 3rd as friends round tomorrow eve but have started today. I did it 2 years ago and lost 1/2 stone but now with the help of this to kick start it and then back onto slimming world I have 2 stone to loose!! I dont drink mile so i have fruit juice on mine, i know it sounds awful but its the only way I can do it! Good luck lets keep each other posted
Hello, I am also starting today. 30g really isnt much is it!! Just keep telling myself only 2 weeks to go. Hopefully it wil kick start me into actually loosing some weight insted of just thinking about it!!
