yes i know what you mean about having a bad day then turning into a write off!! and with the exercise i need to pace myself as i tend to do it every day and then after about ten days my knees are killing me. (with work out dvds that is) so now i am trying to do dancing most nights as its not vigorus.
and yes im filling up on squash too as water makes me want to heave haha! i tried the special k sustain today, not sure if its made me less hungry or if its just in my head lol.
need to stock up on grapes, as if i try the special k bites i will eat them all!.... im sure it will get easier as we go along and get used to it! xx
