    hi all! hope you are all doing well! today is my first day on the plan. i need to lose quite alot of weight and thought this would be a great kick start. i am 25, i weigh 14 and a half stone. if anyone else has quite a way to go and wants to buddy up to share stories/advice/info/motivation then let me know as i think it would also keep me motivated! thanks guys! :) hope i can be as successful as you lovely people!!!!

  • it is a little hard isnt it! i find evenings the hardest, so last night when i was soooo hungry i ate lots of grapes which did the trick! ive never enjoyed them so much lol. im also trying to exercise in the evenings too. are you guys doing any exercise? ive even made a huge chart to put on my wall with all the days of the month on, so i can see what im doing day by day and will see the days go down, and hopefully the weight lol i havnt weighed myself as its only been 2 days but even though im hungry i definately feel less bloated. id also like to lose about 3 stone, lets all do it together!! :)

  • hi there, its my first day and I need to lose around 2 stone as have put so much on in the last year from quitting smoking, changing my pill, cold nights in at home comfort food and big plates with my boyfriend, doesn't help that I'm a chef! I just bought the Davina fit dvd , tried doing just 10mins yesterday and it almost killed me so'll take time to get into.. satsuma's and grapes are good for filling up, i also have a couple of almonds or the special k bites as snacks or a soya yoghurt. I live in Palma, Mallorca so having online buddies will help stick to the diet as i usually go well on diets but then have a bad day which turns to binging and then snowballs into the diet being a write off. crap at drinking lots of water so squash helps. look forward to hearing back!

  • yes i know what you mean about having a bad day then turning into a write off!! and with the exercise i need to pace myself as i tend to do it every day and then after about ten days my knees are killing me. (with work out dvds that is) so now i am trying to do dancing most nights as its not vigorus. and yes im filling up on squash too as water makes me want to heave haha! i tried the special k sustain today, not sure if its made me less hungry or if its just in my head lol. need to stock up on grapes, as if i try the special k bites i will eat them all!.... im sure it will get easier as we go along and get used to it! xx
