I have just started the longer term help as I am 5'11 and went from an athletic 13st down to 10st 12lb in about 9 months. I have struggled to justify eating so much and so often...I gave up playing squash and was eating just a small bowl of special k for breakfast and lunch with only 2 cups of tea a day in between and then something more substantial for dinner. I have realised what I was doing to myself was not right and I'm trying to follow something that will hopefully help me to have a healthier diet and give me the guidance I need to be healthy in the long term.
