    im starting the special k diet, i just wondered if anyone had any advice how to keep motivated?, Beat cravings? and any excercise tips to lose them extra pounds? please help :). would be really grateful

  • Hi Samantha, im Kelly. I need motivation too, i can help with that and exercise tips. Cravings i'm struggling with... if you like add me as a buddy and we can discuss exercising certain areas and how to keep up with the plan and an exercise routine even when feelings low. Kelly x

  • Hi Samantha and Kelly, i am on day 9 of the 2 week challenge, had my weigh in yesterday and lost 5lb, so it does work, i have started walking for 30minutes a day i find this helps and as for the cravings i drink lots of water it seems to help with the hunger. I found i was really hungry the first two days after that it seemed to get easier so stick with it girls......add me as a buddy and we can all motivate each other, speak soon x
