Hi Samantha and Kelly, i am on day 9 of the 2 week challenge, had my weigh in yesterday and lost 5lb, so it does work, i have started walking for 30minutes a day i find this helps and as for the cravings i drink lots of water it seems to help with the hunger. I found i was really hungry the first two days after that it seemed to get easier so stick with it girls......add me as a buddy and we can all motivate each other, speak soon x
