Hi there I have four children 7,5,2 and 7 months! At home with them as full time mum! my down fall is chocolate!

  • Gina OldhamHi there Angie, I am a 52 year old chocoholic. I was brought up in a store and we ate it by the pound! I have had to go cold turkey before I even started this diet, I allowed myself anything but chocolate for 3 days, the toxins were nasty and I had a headache like a bear but after much constipation and the opposite, I have cleared my system and feel ready to start on this diet properly, my advice? Give it up for ever. your personality will even get a change, no more ups and downs just an even temperament. Good luck

  • Robin DarkmereHi everyone, I'm just starting and I feel I need a lot of support to do this. I have a BMI of 28, when it should be 25, so i need to lose 2 and a half stones. I go to yoga regularly and swim twice a week. But my downfall is portion size, i'm hopeless. Anyway, here goes.
