Most meals on here do not include potatoes or pasta etc. I have been avoiding carbs like potatoes and pasta, but really missing it. Is it ok to have some meat, potato and veg?? Also for snacks, I have had some weight watchers stuff as have done that before and figured a cake of about 2 points is prob similar to the 2 jaffa cakes listed on here? Can anyone help... I am really struggling to shift my baby weight and dont want to be doing this in vain!!!
