    Just wondering im on this special k plan and it doesnt say anythink about if u can still drink tea or have orange juice or squash can u still have any of these threw the diet?

    Hi, Im 18 and am just about to begin the healthy eating long term plan.I weigh 9st3 and am 5ft5, which you may think is perfectly reasonable, but I have been blessed with rather large legs and a large bottom (which I think makes me look very out of proportion). I have yo-yo dieted forabout 2,.5 years, ranging from 8st7 to 9st7, and want a plan I can stick too. Has anyone got any advice to keep me motivated and ensure that I stick to this diet? Thanks xx
