Im 18 and am just about to begin the healthy eating long term plan.I weigh 9st3 and am 5ft5, which you may think is perfectly reasonable, but I have been blessed with rather large legs and a large bottom (which I think makes me look very out of proportion). I have yo-yo dieted forabout 2,.5 years, ranging from 8st7 to 9st7, and want a plan I can stick too. Has anyone got any advice to keep me motivated and ensure that I stick to this diet?
