couldn't help but weigh myself this morn ing i have lost 1llb not a lot but hey the numbers are different on the scales i did expect a bigger loss so a little disappointed determined to continue now tho and try even harder as i want to lose 4stone any tips to get me thru this? i am exercising twice a day everyday.

  • How on earth do you manage to exercise twice a day on just two bowls of cereal and one main meal?? I'd keel over! I am jealous! But seriously, if you're excersising you wont see masses of difference straight away in terms of scales/loss in numbers as you'll be building more muscle from exercising... it'll suddenly start to come off tho i reckon... Keep going!!

  • This is day 4 for me, I'm happy to say that I haven't yet felt hungry, whereas I usually 'eat for England'. I haven't got round to doing lots of crunches or running a marathon...but I have done lots of eyebrow raising (at the meal suggestions) plus a few pelvic floor exercises, (well, it's exercise, isn't it?) AND I have lost some weight although I am resisting the temptation to weight myself. This morning I managed to put my knickers on without the help of a shoe horn! So, I must have lost a bit. For my evening meal (?) I'm having half a radish whilst looking at a photo of myself when I was 19. Oh, where did my figure go?

  • I'm starting my 5th day went on scales and I have lost 3lbs, I'm not excercising as I have hurt my knee. I going to have to plan something to do tomorrow as weekend might be tough, Good luck to all!
