This is day 4 for me, I'm happy to say that I haven't yet felt hungry, whereas I usually 'eat for England'. I haven't got round to doing lots of crunches or running a marathon...but I have done lots of eyebrow raising (at the meal suggestions) plus a few pelvic floor exercises, (well, it's exercise, isn't it?)
AND I have lost some weight although I am resisting the temptation to weight myself. This morning I managed to put my knickers on without the help of a shoe horn! So, I must have lost a bit.
For my evening meal (?) I'm having half a radish whilst looking at a photo of myself when I was 19. Oh, where did my figure go?
