    Starting today for the first time ever, the Special K Challenge! Did not have any Special K in the house so had 2 Weetabix instead. Looking forward to a kiwi fruit snackette later on this morning. I don't have a goal weight but a "goal trousers" LOL. I will follow for two weeks and see what happens. I did weigh myself yesterday just for the record, 11st 2lb - I am 5ft 5in. E-speak soon... Elise

    Hello - I have never tried this before but just need to lighten up and feel better about myself. I have been on Weight Watchers for the past 20 years but realise that it is the HABITS I need to work on. All to easily I slip back into my bad habits. Once I have lost my 5 or 6 lbs I go back and eat and drink as before (NOT GOOD!). So here I am weighing 11st 2lb and I am 5ft 5in, athletic build. I don't really have a goal weight but I do have a "goal trousers" in other words I want to be able to get into my lovely jeans. Did not have any Special K in the house so have had 2 Weetabix and milk, cup of coffee and feeling good! Have soaked some cannellini beans for some Minestrone Soup - they smell delish. Looking forward to a kiwi snackette. E-speak soon Elise

    couldn't help but weigh myself this morn ing i have lost 1llb not a lot but hey the numbers are different on the scales i did expect a bigger loss so a little disappointed determined to continue now tho and try even harder as i want to lose 4stone any tips to get me thru this? i am exercising twice a day everyday.

    im soo happy ive lost 2 and half pounds in 4 days!! over the absolute moon!! only got 3 stone to go lol TOP TIP!! if u crave chocolate or something sweet have a ice lolly!! :) not only does it take the edge off but its low in calories also! goodluck people and keep up all ur good wrk!! feeling very hungry today! :s nit a nice feelin at all!
