    Bit too scared to weigh myself, it's Day 2 and I don't know exactly how much I weigh, I know roughly how much but pretty scared to see that I've gained weight since the last time I weighed myself! Might wait till Day 7 to weigh myself, worried that I may fall off the wagon though! Stuck to it yesterday but the first day's always the day you're most motivated no?

    Janet SmithDay 10 - and because I registered 2 days before I started the website has said I'm finished - and stopped sending helpful e-mails. Anyway not weighed yet - certainly feel better but not sure about weight loss - will update soon. Finally becoming a bit bored with cereal. Can't wait to get home at night to cook something tasty!

    Janet SmithI am now on day 5 and feel great. I have not been tempted to cheat as I have been satisfied with the 2 bowls of cereal and meal at night. I had a semi'skimmed latte this morning as a reward and tonight I am going out. I intend to have a chicken salad and 2 glasses of wine - so looking forward to it. I will be back on the straight and narrow tomorrow. Keep going - it's bound to make you feel better - even if you don't laose a huge amount of weight. I'll report back on day 12 with my weight loss.     Hi Everyone, I started today after reading all success stories , fingers crossed will work as I have crept up to over 19 st with a bmi of just over 41 so not healthy - wish me luck and good luck to all of you !!

    2010 is going to be my year :) Moving house and hoping to finally get my dream job :) Im treating this as a healthy eating plan than a diet! As diets you just lose it then pile double on! so im hoping at the end ill learn to limit my food intake and have three meals a day! Hoping to lose seven pounds every two weeks :) Height:5.4 Starting weight: 12 st 10lb/ 81.1kg B.M.I 30.2 Will be going to the gym as normal but make sure im going at least three times a week! Also swimming at least twice a week. Will also aim to do some sort of walk ect 30 mins a day! phew :) who is with me :D xx WISH ME LUCK!
