    Hi All breakfast = special k (skimmed milk) snack = activia fat free yoghurt, 1 fruit lunch = special k (skimmed milk) snack = activia, 1 fruit dinner = jacket pot with chicken sweetcoen and extra light mayo. is this ok or am i eating too much?

    only 2 days left to go and was really iimpressed that i lost 3.1/2lb the first week and looking forward to getting on the scales next week

    Completed my challenge. Definitely going to carry on with whatever the meal plan says afterwards. I haven't got lighter but I've lost inches and plenty of people have said I look slimmer. Feeling fantastic!!

    this morning and iv lost 4 pounds!!! well pleased!!! its worth being hungry for if i can fit into my skinny jeans!!! hoping to lose a stone, any tip??

    im recovering from an eating disorder but never lost the right ammount of weigh I wantedt, it is still healthy for me to loose up to 8 more lbs so im hoping this will get my eating habbits rights and help me loose a few pounds safely. also good luck to everyone! :) x
