    I love this plan, I'm on day 8 and have lost 6lbs which is just brilliant! This is such an easy to follow plan and I'm feeling much happier. Give it a go as it really works.

    I'm an insulin dependant diabetic and didn't think the 2 week plan sould be ok for me, however thought i'd give it a go and my blood sugars have been fine and am losing weight due to the plan and also taking less insulin. Fabulous it helps that i love special k

    wow well day 7 and i can already feel the difference. I managed to fit into a pair of jeans that i have not for about a year and i have lost 5lbs already which is great giving me the incentive to carry on thanks special k

    I started the plan on sunday just gone and i'm struggling already, i'm having the yogurty special k for breakfast each day and the honey and almond one for dinner each day, not sure what to have in evenings though as i'm quite a fussy eater. Any ideas?

    when i started this course i was in two minds whether it would trult work as well as it says but i was determined to give it ago and i am totally delighted to say that after my 2 week starter course i have managed to loose 2 stone and 6 lb amazing thank you special k you certainly will be high on my shopping list from now on as i still haven't fully reached my goal so will continue on your delicious menu, you have totally made me feel better at last x
