    This is me in last year's bikini :-( I have put on a stone since last year and when you are short it really shows. My hols are at the end on August and I'm to follow the diet, get back to the gym and be in shape before then

    Hi girls, I am Maria and I soo hope this works for me like it has done for Natalie and Janey. I am 5 foot 10 so I can carry some extra weight without people noticing. But over the last year I have put on over 20 pounds through giving up smoking and having some surgery which meant I couldn't go to the gym. Last week I was on holiday in Dubai and looked like a beached whale :-( just look a the pics!!!. The next holiday is in May and I want to be back down to 10 stone 9 and fit into my bikinis by then

    I have been on the diet for 2 motnhs now and have followed the diet plan to the max and on top of this i have been going for a 30mins cycle each day. I have a bowl of special k at 9am the another at 1 and then for my tea at 5 or 6 anything from the list the give you on the website. I always feel full i found the first week hard as all i used to do was pig out on sweets and chips i used to weight 12stone 5 and i am happy to say i am now 10stone 2. trust me the first week is hard but once you get used to it its fine

    I must admit i did not think this would work-how wrong i was! I followed the plan and drank purely water, no hot drinks, no sugary drinks, no juices just water. I had no take aways and I cut right down on my carb intake especially white bread!! Whenever i cooked i looked at the label, always go for less than 3 grams of fat per 100g and be aware of hidden sugars and salt as well as high calorific food. I did not eat past 8.00pm and said no to treats, if i wanted to snack i had a low fat yoghurt and lots of fruit. I did no hard core exercise just went for walks more and after a week my stomach looked much less bloated. I did suffer from headaches in the first week but i knew that this was due to cutting out all caffeine as i loved fizzy drinks. Was worth it in the end and i've still kept it off -4 weeks later. I am going to try it again next week to see if i can lose another stone! Fingers crossed

    hi all iam going to do this i really need to lose getting down on how i look iam 25 next mouth dont feel like my age .
