I must admit i did not think this would work-how wrong i was! I followed the plan and drank purely water, no hot drinks, no sugary drinks, no juices just water. I had no take aways and I cut right down on my carb intake especially white bread!! Whenever i cooked i looked at the label, always go for less than 3 grams of fat per 100g and be aware of hidden sugars and salt as well as high calorific food. I did not eat past 8.00pm and said no to treats, if i wanted to snack i had a low fat yoghurt and lots of fruit. I did no hard core exercise just went for walks more and after a week my stomach looked much less bloated. I did suffer from headaches in the first week but i knew that this was due to cutting out all caffeine as i loved fizzy drinks. Was worth it in the end and i've still kept it off -4 weeks later. I am going to try it again next week to see if i can lose another stone! Fingers crossed
