    I love this plan, I'm on day 8 and have lost 6lbs which is just brilliant! This is such an easy to follow plan and I'm feeling much happier. Give it a go as it really works.

    wow well day 7 and i can already feel the difference. I managed to fit into a pair of jeans that i have not for about a year and i have lost 5lbs already which is great giving me the incentive to carry on thanks special k

    im recovering from an eating disorder but never lost the right ammount of weigh I wantedt, it is still healthy for me to loose up to 8 more lbs so im hoping this will get my eating habbits rights and help me loose a few pounds safely. also good luck to everyone! :) x

    I am really pleased to say that the two week plan worked for me, I dropped the 8lbs I put on following the loss of my father, and I'm now eating healthy snacks throughout the day, not binging on lots of food when I get home from work because I've starved myself all day. (like I was before.) I'm even starting to enjoy exercise now!! It's really helping take my mind off of things. Good luck, and go for it to all of you out there x

    I was talking to my brother about this 2 week plan last year, he's a GP and totally believed that in most cases, it's a better diet than many slimmer people have. He said that if it gets you to lose weight safely and keep it off, that's better than a life of fat and fatigue. Well, I'm on day 3 and can say that I've never had such a variety of delicious food. Oh, and vegetables - they taste so good I would forget about chocolate entirely... coming from a vegetarian, that's hard to imagine. So together with staying trim and happy, I'm also learning new skills, techniques and really enjoying cooking. The recipes have all been printed out and are in my NEW recipe draw :) I have no doubts that they will be referred to again as they are so quick to make, bloody tasty and I know that they are good for me, which makes me even happier. I'm having my cake, and oh yes, I AM eating it... If you do one thing this year, do this diet! Louise
