I was talking to my brother about this 2 week plan last year, he's a GP and totally believed that in most cases, it's a better diet than many slimmer people have. He said that if it gets you to lose weight safely and keep it off, that's better than a life of fat and fatigue.
Well, I'm on day 3 and can say that I've never had such a variety of delicious food. Oh, and vegetables - they taste so good I would forget about chocolate entirely... coming from a vegetarian, that's hard to imagine. So together with staying trim and happy, I'm also learning new skills, techniques and really enjoying cooking.
The recipes have all been printed out and are in my NEW recipe draw :) I have no doubts that they will be referred to again as they are so quick to make, bloody tasty and I know that they are good for me, which makes me even happier. I'm having my cake, and oh yes, I AM eating it...
If you do one thing this year, do this diet!
