• 2 week plan worked for me! |

    I am really pleased to say that the two week plan worked for me, I dropped the 8lbs I put on following the loss of my father, and I'm now eating healthy snacks throughout the day, not binging on lots of food when I get home from work because I've starved myself all day. (like I was before.) I'm even starting to enjoy exercise now!! It's really helping take my mind off of things. Good luck, and go for it to all of you out there x

  • Well done you! It's great to hear from people who have the same kind of problems as me and succeed-keeps me motivated. Just started today-got a dress i REALLY want to get into!! I'll keep you in mind as proof and motivation. Thanks xx

  • Hi Charlotte Rydz, its great dear that you lost 8lbs with 2 weeks plan. Today is my first day of this 2 week diet plan, can u please tell me, did you do exercises also with this plan? and how much time u spent in doing exercises?

  • i try to do exercises even though sometimes it may seem impossible because you maybe too busy... but the recommended is 30 minutes 5 times a week, so sparing 30 minutes a couple of days doesnt sound so bad... :)

  • Hello eveyone. I am really happy and excited about the plan, I think it is really well organised and I am looking forward to starting tomorrow. I am aiming to drop between 3 to 5 kilos and wish I could find the right motivation to follow this through. Wish me luck! xx
