    Has anyone else dared to try theirs on and got a nasty shock! The diet starts from 1st Jan !!!

  • okay so iv just started this, have put on allot of weight recently and realy needed some help to shift it! iv seen alot of the succes stories and am very exxcited about this. i really hope i see a change quick. now iv got a holiday to get fit for as well. i really hope this is the year it all happens. If anyone has any good tips on exercise that really works quick please let me know..xx

  • I lost 2 stone last yr on my own home made plan but over xmas the pounds have come back on and i;m not happy so i will stick at Special K to get them extra pounds off again. Oh how i'd luv to have a hot bikini body but just can't see it for me. Help
