I had my baby a the end of July and i have not had any motivation to lose weight until now, i have been enjoying my baby. I also feel i don't want to make a big thing about starting this diet so have decided this time not to tell family and friends i am dieting, because they then put added pressure on me which actually does not work. I have been doing the diet since friday last week and can't wait to weigh myself again, i feel great this week. anyone else losing baby weight?
