    Has anyone got any advice for me? I'm starting the challenge on monday, and i lead a pretty hectic life as it goes. I plan to have Special K cereal for breakfast and lunch (Breakfast being at 6.30, and lunch at 1.20) with a pack of special k mini breaks at 10.25, and a special k bar at 3.20. Im pretty sceptical and i plan to keep you updated. I really want to lose 3 stone, and i wont do it in these 2 weeks but its a good start. Has anyone got any encouragement, tips, or sucess stories to give me motivation?

    its my first day on this, im 11 stone im in a size 10 but i feel i need to tone up and quickly !! hope to loose 1 and a half stone and will continue with this until i do!

    Is it possible for me to lose 1 and a half stone in 3 weeks? I'm going on holiday and I want to be nice and toned. I'm only 10 stone at the moment, but I would really like to be about 8 and a half stone. Please Reply!! :)

    hi i am 27 im 11stone i need to lose a lot more weight so i can have more confidence
