Has anyone got any advice for me? I'm starting the challenge on monday, and i lead a pretty hectic life as it goes. I plan to have Special K cereal for breakfast and lunch (Breakfast being at 6.30, and lunch at 1.20) with a pack of special k mini breaks at 10.25, and a special k bar at 3.20. Im pretty sceptical and i plan to keep you updated. I really want to lose 3 stone, and i wont do it in these 2 weeks but its a good start. Has anyone got any encouragement, tips, or sucess stories to give me motivation?
