Whilst on The Challenge, you can enjoy up to a 45g serving of any Special K cereal with skimmed, semi-skimmed milk, or a non dairy alternative.

A 45g serving is approximately 2 large handfuls or 1 average size coffee mug full.

  • thank you for the tip

  • I have found that 30g is exactly 2 level 'cup' measurements - which might help if anybody has measuring spoons (i.e those metal spoons/containers that measure out a tablespoon worth of something, for example) that go up to a 'cup' for recipes. Basically a level cup works out about 15g, so 2 for 30g and 3 for a 45g portion of cereal. Beats weighing it out every day.

  • Oooops just read that back any I've made a mistake! A 1/2 cup = 15g, so a level cup is your 30g portion, and you can add another 1/2 cup if you want to eat 45g portion. Sorry peeps!
