Hi Carol,
Counting the milk in your tea and coffee seems very strict to me! (I don't have a lot of milk in my drinks anyway.) I think if you just use common sense, stick to skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, and don't go to Starbucks to have a whopping great Strawberrys and Creme drink, it's fine to stick to stuff like cordial, tea, coffee, green tea, maybe the occasional fruit juice (as it can be high in cals.)
