    i have gained 3 pound this week instead of losing it and i have eaten what is asked most of the time and i love salads anyway.

    I've completed the 2 week kick start, stuck to 2 bowls of cereal and a healthy dinner each day, I've been drinking water instead of coffee and coke, so really reduced my calorie intake and.....If anything I've actually gained a dress size rather than lost it, how?!! Does anybody have any suggestions as to why it's had the opposite effect, or what i can do to make it more effective? Feeling quite despondent :(

    Got up this morning and suddenly the light bulb ‘pinged’ I need to take myself in hand, so came on computer and looked for something simple, didn’t want to have to buy special food, didn’t want tablets and then saw this, it seems so sensible, so I have started on the 2 week challenge, just printed out a weight chart, will get weighed in a week and fingers crossed, after all if I can’t eat sensibly in this warm weather I will never manage it, so fingers crossed and here goes, I do think a forum helps, meeting others with the same problem.

    Hi. I have just signed up for the special K diet.I want to lose a stone if possible as i am going to the dominican republic and i am desperate to get into a bikini. Can anyone give me any advice/tips? Thanks Laura x

    can anyone tell me, is there a limited amount of cereal you can have or can the bowl of cereal be as small or big as you want ??
