Got up this morning and suddenly the light bulb ‘pinged’ I need to take myself in hand, so came on computer and looked for something simple, didn’t want to have to buy special food, didn’t want tablets and then saw this, it seems so sensible, so I have started on the 2 week challenge, just printed out a weight chart, will get weighed in a week and fingers crossed, after all if I can’t eat sensibly in this warm weather I will never manage it, so fingers crossed and here goes, I do think a forum helps, meeting others with the same problem.
