I'm currently on day 6, I'm really enjoying the diet, and I've been following really well, my only problem is I'm feeling no change, I'm not one for scales so haven't weighed myself but I cant see or feel any changes!!! Its a little frustrating but I'm determined to stick to it, and fingers crossed I'll start to see and feel the changes.
If anyone has any words of wisdom that may help me I'd be super grateful!!!
