I am on day five today and i havent been able to weigh myself before i started or during the process as I dont have any scales but i thought i'd just judge by how my clothes fit me... well, this morning, after four days of following this plan very precisely, i put my jeans on and they are still just as tight as before and after reading how a lot of people on here have lost a 1lb a day, i am gutted as i thought i'd feel a small difference already.... :-(
