    I am on day five today and i havent been able to weigh myself before i started or during the process as I dont have any scales but i thought i'd just judge by how my clothes fit me... well, this morning, after four days of following this plan very precisely, i put my jeans on and they are still just as tight as before and after reading how a lot of people on here have lost a 1lb a day, i am gutted as i thought i'd feel a small difference already.... :-(

    Motivational reading other peoples accounts. I'm looking to loose inches,not weight and I've just read Jordan from Midlands account and she lost 1 1/2 ins from waist in a day...Wow!Who needs more of a boost than that! I'm only only day one. But I'm keeping on keeping on! Thanks special K for this site.Good luck to all whatever your goal..

    Hello just finished my two week plan lost 14lbs cant believe am thrilled. intend to keep it up for another two weeks at least. have stones to lose so a brill start. thanks

    Day 6 of the plan, I thought I would do a midway check to see how I'm going to give me a boost for the upcoming week... Not so well apparently. I have been eating cereal for breakfast everyday, sometimes even missing lunch and having a filling and healthy meal in the evening, yet I haven't even lost a lb. :( I work on the weekends in a factory so I am moving a lot too, I havent been a slob at all. Oh dear. Does anyone have any tips which could boost my loss by next week? thanks x

    I can't find any info on what drinks are allowed on the plan - I'm used to weight watchers etc where you have to count your milk in tea & coffee - Any ideas please?
