I'm on day 3 now however I have been doing my own plan.. I have the cereal for breakfast and lunch but then in the afternoon have snacks like a bag of snack a jacks or Ryveta and low fat cream cheese.. I'm trying with fruit to when I can but I'm just not a big fan :( I'm drinking plenty of water to fill myself up but just worrying that as I'm making my own plan up I won't loose weight?!
