Day 6 of the plan, I thought I would do a midway check to see how I'm going to give me a boost for the upcoming week... Not so well apparently. I have been eating cereal for breakfast everyday, sometimes even missing lunch and having a filling and healthy meal in the evening, yet I haven't even lost a lb. :( I work on the weekends in a factory so I am moving a lot too, I havent been a slob at all. Oh dear. Does anyone have any tips which could boost my loss by next week? thanks x
