Eat Special K for breakfast and again for lunch or dinner for 2 weeks. Third meal must be well balanced. Can help slimming or weight control as part of a calorie controlled, balanced diet & active lifestyle. Participants must be aged 18yrs or over and have a BMI of 25 or over.
