    I've started the plan this monday - i dont have any scales, so i dont know if i've lost any weight but will go by how i look and feel in my currently slightly tight clothes! I have just also signed up for a 'graze box' - google it, they're fab... grazing is proven to keep your metabalism working more efficiently and you burn what you eat rather than store it as fat and the graze box if full of good nutritional snacks - todays box has green olvies in citrus marinade, naked seeds of pumpkin, sunflower and seasame, Bento mix and pineapple punch (dried pineapple and raisins)... soooo good! So i'll have an apple as a snack or some of my graze box today! I am almost wishing i weighed myself before i started but i used to be a slim size 12 and am now a definite size 14 - some 14s are tight! ugh.... hope this helps to kick me into shape!

  • Today is the start of week 2, so far I am surprised to have lost 9 lbs, but then I have hardly eaten anything apart from the Special K and I haven'tfelt hungry. I think that I am just so determined to shed the fat and get back my figure, I'm so fed up of being fat that I will do anything to shed it.

  • Hi Elise, its going ok but have been on hols for four days so it was a bit of a struggle to follow but i did my best. I am going to do this for 3 weeks i think to compensate for the hols! I havent weighed myself but i do feel that my jeans are slightly looser - just a bit, I am def not into a size smaller jeans yet! Fingers crossed it works - its a simple plan but a bit boring after a while. I have invested in weekly 'graze' boxes from graze.com which are fab and healthy too. Also am eating much more fruit and i generally feel much healthier in myself so thats a plus!
