    I've just started today, I have a holiday in 3 weeks and desperate to lose at least a stone, today has been ok, I had cereal for breakfast, a Special K snack bar (is this allowed) and then Cereal for lunch. I also decided today was the day to get off my backside and do some exercise so i went for a brisk walk which involved hills, I took a pedometer which if anyone has an ipod you will find one in the extras part of the menu, it was great as also has the amount of steps and the calories burned. I ended up walking 3 miles without suffering a gym and burnt 250 cals, i can feel the muscles aching so know I've worked out. This has given me a great positive 1st day so finally started to feel motivated to continue this.

    hey buddies, I'm on 5th dat and today after all I noticed that I've lost 1 kg!wow! actually yesterday I had a hard workout and when I came back home I had lost my appetite,so I didn't eat K special,just a cup of milk and today after weighting myself i was surprised and motivated. good luck everybody

    Well i have got there... and its gone fast... I have lost 2.6 kilos about 6.1 lbs. Not a spectactular loss, but I did have a couple of minor blips, (two scones with jam and cream!!) and unable to do my exercise routine for a few days. But I already feel so much better!!! And just losing that little bit I am already feel so much fitter and better for my clothes. Am determined to go on the long term plan and keep this up. Hang in there everyone, just like everyone says, feeling fitter and better about yourself is great and the good news is, I simply am not craving the foods I was before! Yay!!xx

  • Day 3 - Constantly Hungry |

    Hi girls! I'm on day 3 (officially) and finding it really tough. I'm sticking to it and trying to be well behaved but i'm constantly seriously hungry. I have special k for breakfast, fruit for snack, special k for lunch and then a lovely dinner at dinner time (and with such lovely evening meals I'm totally fine for the rest of the night) but its in the day where im struggling lots. I'm becoming really grumpy (until dinner time) and not very enjoyable to work with. My old diet was eating lots of rubbish, most days, every day and so this is just my body adjusting i guess. However, it really is a tough thing to shake! Sorry, i know this isn't very motivational! I'm definitely going to stick at it so I logged on to here to read the success stories and it's definitely pumped me up again! Now, wheres my tofu salad??! :) Sarah x x x

    I have just started the challange, and im feeling hungry still during the day.im having two snacks a day but i am also having carrots and little more fruit than i should! is this ok??
