I've just started today, I have a holiday in 3 weeks and desperate to lose at least a stone, today has been ok, I had cereal for breakfast, a Special K snack bar (is this allowed) and then Cereal for lunch. I also decided today was the day to get off my backside and do some exercise so i went for a brisk walk which involved hills, I took a pedometer which if anyone has an ipod you will find one in the extras part of the menu, it was great as also has the amount of steps and the calories burned. I ended up walking 3 miles without suffering a gym and burnt 250 cals, i can feel the muscles aching so know I've worked out. This has given me a great positive 1st day so finally started to feel motivated to continue this.
