Hi, I started the plan last Monday and by Friday had lost 5lbs, I went away at the weekend and didnt go mental but have come back and put back on 4lbs!! Has anyone else done the plan then put back on after?
how much weight roughly do you loose whilst your on the plan? what have other people lost? x
does it matter what time i have my breakfast and lunch ? i useually have my breakfast about 11 and then my lunch at about 2 or 2.30 but i have my dinner in the evening about 7, is that okay ?
I have been doing this for 4 days now going well, I'm not too hungary but I am bored!! I'm just having the ordinary special k so think I need to buy some of the other flavours to give myself variety. I want to lose a little bit of weight for when I go on hol 9 sept and going to do it when I come back from hol too. Have 4 and a half stone to lose. xx
I don't like either milk or cereal. Can work this without all the bowls of Special K? I want to lose three stone.
