I've started the plan this monday - i dont have any scales, so i dont know if i've lost any weight but will go by how i look and feel in my currently slightly tight clothes! I have just also signed up for a 'graze box' - google it, they're fab... grazing is proven to keep your metabalism working more efficiently and you burn what you eat rather than store it as fat and the graze box if full of good nutritional snacks - todays box has green olvies in citrus marinade, naked seeds of pumpkin, sunflower and seasame, Bento mix and pineapple punch (dried pineapple and raisins)... soooo good! So i'll have an apple as a snack or some of my graze box today! I am almost wishing i weighed myself before i started but i used to be a slim size 12 and am now a definite size 14 - some 14s are tight! ugh.... hope this helps to kick me into shape!

morning everyone, day 14, overall weight loss, 4lbs, better than nothing and in the scheme of things about right for a healthy weight loss plan, but having lost 6lbs in the first week then gaining 3lbs was a bit disappointing, and todays' weight lost 1lb.i intend to carry one over the next few days as i go on holiday to paris (exciting) on wednesday for 9days and i just might be able to lose a little more before then, and i shall have supplies in for my return. lol:-)i have actually enjoyed this plan and it has fitted in well with my lifestyle,it has been easy to work with and not counting calories or fat units has been a bonus.hubby has enjoyed the main meals and he too has lost 2-3lbs so he is pleased.sad not to see a mail from kellogs this am,( i feel quite abandoned..lol :-) so no advice from them as to what to do next, shame really, but hey ho..that's life, i wish you all success on your journeys, keep on keeping on.........jean x
