    I want to start the plan but am having difficulty with the recipes as I am intolerant to wheat based products, too much dairy and haven't eaten beef since falling pregnant with my youngest daughter as it now makes me sick. Any help would be gratefully appreciated

  • I am starting the plan today but have an intolerance to fish :-( and there is tuna on my second day. I think it would be better if intolerances were listed on the question sheet at the start of the plan and that way you are not put off by foods you don't like/can't eat appearing on your diet plan??

  • I'm on day 3 and have been having a bowl in the morning and lunch and a normal evening meal with only fruit as snacks in between, yet started yesterday evening feeling lightheaded and not with it, still feel like it today. Is this normal?

  • Julie The key is what is a normal evening meal for you? are there sufficent proteins and carbohydarates?

  • I'm allergic to nuts, and don't particulary like spicy food.....and there does not seem to be any facilty for ameninding your plan to take this into account (particulalry the nuts bit)...am I missing something ?

  • I have just got my meal plan & was looking forward to getting started. However, I won't be able to as there was no questions about allergies, my plan is full of mine.....fish/shellfish, tofu & lentils (yuck!). There is one or a combination of these on every day. Sorry.
