Hi, i am really wanting to get healthy and loose weight but i find it difficult as i cant eat vegetables, so i was woundering if anyone had any suggestions? thankyou
hi im a vegetarian aged 16 and i weigh 8stones, how am i suppposed keep a balanced diet and not eat unhealthy foods?
Does anyone know how many calories the meal should be? I'm guessing around 400, but want to be sure? None of the recipes seem to have any nutritional information.

i am having 1 carrot full shredded with a little butter in 2 burger buns as a snack.,will this put on weight?
