    I want to start the plan but am having difficulty with the recipes as I am intolerant to wheat based products, too much dairy and haven't eaten beef since falling pregnant with my youngest daughter as it now makes me sick. Any help would be gratefully appreciated

    Does anyone know how many calories the meal should be? I'm guessing around 400, but want to be sure? None of the recipes seem to have any nutritional information.

    Hi Does anyone have suitable recipes that don't include quorn or meat substitutes as I don't eat meat substitues so was disappointed to see the vegetarian meals were ones that included Quorn etc
