    Hartleys low calorie jelly, less than 10 calories a pot, available in four flavours. On the jelly aisle in supermarkets. Not a bad sized pot either. Also 'Skinny Cow' double choclate icecream sticks 87CALORIES! less than 3% fat! and is very tasy with choc chips and sauce! also comes in mint choc and berry smoothy flavour. You can also buy icecream sandwiches an they have a hot chocolate range too. Ice creams come in packs of 3 prices around £1.89.

    Is there a healthy way to make Homous, as the packs seem to contain allot of calories. I know you can just make it with chickpeas, lemon, garlic, but its never the same. Any tips?

    Can you swap a bowl of special K for one of the bars...I can't really eat a bowl of cereal at work for lunch or a whole meal...

    Is anyone aware that Special K has a dark chocolate falke favor for sale in France... its the best of all and makes that chocolate fix possible without feeling guilty.. We need help to bring it to the UK !!!!
