i tried the special k diet about 2 weeks ago and failed : ( i just found myself being really hungry all the time, my belly would really be rumbling by the time it got to lunch and working in the city its quite limited to what you can have! i first tried having special k for dinner, and tried to stick to just having a soup at lunch but that was never enough, and ild get home to a bowl of special k and it just would make no difference i would still feel starving! so i tried having it for lunch, but then i was going 6 hours without food just to go home to a salad. can anyone help me so i can try again and succeed? thanks!!
