    i know its a really daft question but how many mini carrots batons and hummus are u allowed?i hate 6 carrot batons today but dont want to do the diet wrong???!!

    Looking at all the meals on my plan, none of them look very appealing. i've never really been adventerous with food and would much prefer more normal dishes, if you get me. Anyone know any low fat variations on "normal" dishes, such as fish and chips??
