i'm working as a cabin crew, basically my routine is different to control as my flight could be at anytime, and hardly to control myself not to eat anything during night flight. most of the flight i get to stay in a nice hotel and will be able to use all facilities of the hotel, such as gyms sauna or swimming pool but i can't be bothered to do such a thing!. cuz i'm too lazy and always give myself an excuse not to go to the gyms. i know that food on board can be very high calories but it's so hard for me not to eat as well. especially some sort of chocolate and nice dessert. i try to stick with some salad but it's so hard and not going to work so well. I gain my weight quite a bit but i don't feel confident when i gain even a few pound and i really need to stay in shape for good not like gain some loose some.. is anyone can give me some trick or advice. pls i really need help.
