Whilst on The Challenge, you can enoy up to a 45g serving of any Special K cereal with skimmed, semi-skimmed milk, or a non dairy alternative.

A 45g serving is approximately 2 large handfuls or 1 average size coffee mug full.

Research shows that people who regularly eat a low-fat breakfast like Kellogg’s Special K are less likely to be overweight than those who don’t. (De la Hunty and Ashwell M: Are people who eat breakfast cereals slimmer than those who don’t? Nutrition Bulletin; Vol.32 Issue 2)

If you skip breakfast, you tend to get hungrier mid-morning, which means your blood sugar levels plunge and you’re more tempted to eat indulgent foods.

I'm 17, tall ( 5ft 9) weigh10 stone 11 and have a bmi of 22. so why does my mum keep telling me that im over weight and should go on a diet? i only take a size 12 in clothes but my mum is a petite person who only takes a size 8. I'm perfectly happy with the way i look and the weight i am. how can i get my mum to understand that i am a healthy weight for my height and that i am happy being a tad chubby rather than being boney?

Hi, got one of these for Christmas - any suggetsions of easy things to make?? I've Googled but many of the recipe sites are American plus some seem to need you to spend 40 mins preparing food in advance. I leave the house at 8am and am home 1t 6. I have a plug in timer to go with it. Many thanks
