Hi there! Being a 48 year old man who has changed to a sedentary job over the last 3 years I have found my weight creeping up. I am tall and a large frame and used to have a very physical job and enjoy excercise. My new post is office based and horrified I found myself at over 19 stone. Started having problems with my back and eventually my doctor told me (I knew already!) I must lose weight to help my back and get more excercise - I am a very fussy eater so most diets are no good as I am not a lover of fruit or veg, so the Special K Challenge seems perfect. Been on it about 5 day now and although it seemed dull to begin with, I am now really into it, and it really fills you up - I have NEVER felt hungry, I am amazed at that!
