    Hi all, I do not do things by half lol. I am and always have been a fussy eater, no mushrooms, certain seafood, no nuts to name but a few, on top of which I have a dairy intolerance and use soya milk or products instead. To top it all off I have a prolapsed disc which limits my mobility. I have put on over a stone in weight in the last 12 mnths and really want / need to lose the weight. Any ideas would be great :) x

    I need help with my fussy eating. Im not vegetarian or have special dietary requirements, but I can't eat cheese or cream (really dont like it, makes me want to throw up when its put near me) and I also dont eat salad, and very few vegetables. Was wondering if anyone had any advice on things I can replace in meals for things like cheese/salads/some vegtables. I have tried them various times but theyve never grown on me. help please!
