I do not do things by half lol.
I am and always have been a fussy eater, no mushrooms, certain seafood, no nuts to name but a few, on top of which I have a dairy intolerance and use soya milk or products instead. To top it all off I have a prolapsed disc which limits my mobility. I have put on over a stone in weight in the last 12 mnths and really want / need to lose the weight. Any ideas would be great :) x
