    now the kids r bak at school we dont get alot of fun time during the week with reading time & homework ect & my boys see their dad on a sunday so saturdays we r up & out bright & early 2 make the most of out 1 day of fun, prob is the boys like 2 go 2 the fast food places 4 lunch as they get sik of the healthy stuff i fill them with during the week, how do i resist temptation in these places..is there a way i can eat with them with out wrecking my diet??

    im starting the special k diet today, does it matter if i have big bowls of special k for 2 meals? i dont have it with any milk just dry.

    CarlYou can always ask for your food to be prepared differently when eating out. My advice would be to ask the staff and see what options you can get off the menu.

    i lack focus when i'm out and about, especially if i'm out for lunch with friends, and i see something on the menu i really fancy but know i shouldn't have. Has anyone got any tips on not giving in?

    I started the special K diet today! I've found it quite hard as i normally eat alot throughout the day, i have big meals and snack alot! I hope i can stick to the diet tho! I need to loose weight for a big party coming up soon! If there are any tips/advice you have, i need it! Also.. does it matter what time of the day you eat the 2 bowls of Special K? As i've hearf it is bad to eat after 6 o'clock at night, so now im starivingg during the nightt!! xx
