have special k for breakfast and again for lunch i have it with milk but i do a lot of walking and cycling then i have balance MEAL IN THE EVENING
i love going to costa to have a coffee but the cakes always tempt me and i usually end up having one. also my friends are naturally skinny so there always saying "lets buy chocolate" or something. i always give in to temptation which is so annoying
got to have a takeaway at the weekend i get chicken curry and boiled rice from the chippy thats my one indulgence for the week.
