ive noticed laterly whilst tryin to lose weight this exact point, just keep havin cravings for one of ya mums best roast dinners or something. so ive cooked a few, but found if i eat them slowly i get full way before i eat wot i normally would have done in the past. your brain seems to notice your full better that way. plus u get to enjoy it more. and if you hate the fact that theres loads of food left there, invite your mates round and let them all eat it all so there isnt anymore to get tempted with
