    hi im 18 and have a 16 month old son. ever since i had him i piled on the weight where as before i was slim and toned. all my cravings since my pregnancy have stayed and i always seem to be hungry. i started the special k diet today but can anyone give me tips on how to help myself if i get a sudden hunger craving??

    hi, im 18 and i really need to drop weight cos ma size has really messed up my relationships..i have a craving for sweets like skittles..i take a lot of coffee as well..i like vegetables and i love protein diets but i live with friends who crave carbs n fatty foods so they dnt help.i watch tv a lot and i love eating while doin so....i really need help..i wanna get ma man back!!!

    Hi ive been doing the special k diet for a couple of weeks now an i can feel the changes but i have a really sweet tooth and crave for chocolate! i havent had any chocolate but i can feel withdrawal symptoms can any1 advise me into what to have as an alternative instead of nuts an fruit, because when i have these it just doesnt feel the same :-(

    Hi , i am 21 years old and i have tried many different methods to lose weight but i feel nothing works and i really want to lose weight, i go to the gym but cant go very often because i study and work and it gets too much for me and i cant stop eating, i have cravings for fatty foods and i just cant resist and is there anyone that can help me stop my craving and give me tips to lose weight, please!

    Hello, I am into the healthy eating thing and I am just starting to have a bash at the special k thing. One thing I always wonder though, can chocolate be included as part of a healthy diet? Is it really detrimental to have say more than one bar a week? Its difficult nto to crave it every now and again.
