I don't know about anyone else but I just crave food ALL the time... at the moment all I think about is when I can eat next and my weight is steadily going up and up and it's beginning to scare me!! I don't know if it's boredom or just bad habits but I can't help myself but eat all the time... can anyone give me some advice?
Im on day 6 of the two week challenge and Ive more or less stuck to it. Im fine all through the morning and afternoon eating 2 bowls with healthy snacks if i need them and a healthy dinner but at around 9ish i really crave food! any food! i try and eat a weight watchers yoghurt or some crackerbreads as they aren't so bad but im scared one day ill binge on all sorts of rubbish! help?!?
i've been on it for nearly two weeks, i've had no cakes, biscuits, sweets , chocolate or alcohol,its been hard but i have lost about 6lb. it is hard when you have kids eating sweets around you, i just have a cup of tea that usually fills me up.
Has anyone actualy lost weight doing this? If so how did you do it ie wht foods did you eat? exersice? ... I have a small baby and cant stop eating rubbish! Mainly at night
1 week down 1to go o crave for food when the kids go to bed at 8 but dont realy givin to temptation i have ceareal bars for dinner and night time special k for breakfast and dinner followed by a activia yogourt and tea time a proper meal with no fatty foods and no cake for dessert only yogurt or ceareal bar
