im abit worried about starting the kickstart plan because i really like to feel full obviously and i was wondering if anyone knows the best small dinner to have to achieve this that fits in with the plan!?
i crave the junk food thats never really good for ur. I need tips of how i can stop these cravings and still enjoy chocolate
usually when the carvings hit its cos I'm not putiing the right sort of effort in2 my life! head gets bored so wants a mood change- hence craving 4 food! poor stomach doesnt stand a chance! cycle then continues as i feel so uncomfertable i think 'sod it' and keep on eating. The knowng needs to catch up with the 'not doing ' hopefully ths plan will help! Julia
im the same as most people good during day crave crisps,choc, sweets at nite,drink water, skipping is great for losing weight,try eating snap a jacks caramel flavour !!!!!!!!
I Dont know about you but i seen to find if i have food i seem to want to eat it. But i am not hungry. I am not big at all but i do not want this constant snacking to make me quite big, as my diet plan has worked. The food that i am eating is not very healthy things like crisps and chocloate. And alternitives did not work it just made me want to eat more?
