I am really badly addicted to fizzy drinks such as coca cola and dr pepper. Ive tryed many times to stop drinking them because i know this is not good for the weight but i cant cut it out for more that 2 days.. anyone got any advice on how to cut the fizzy pop out?
i tried the special k challenge for the first time today and the special k doesnt fill me up for more than an hour and a half.so i end up eating a meal alongside it? anyone else found this? or is it just a 1st day thing
Well I have a very big downfall when it comes to college lunch...I tke my own healthy lunch (even better nw I have this) but my friends get chips n curry sauce (near enuff every single one of them) I find it sooo hard to resist and yes I will admitt majority of the time I fail such as today! does anyone have any advice? lol I do have will power but god use will all know when you want it you must have it you try to resist just makes you want it mre!! I do perfectly well durin the night but when it comes to bed i cant ressist the late night snacks, my sisters always snackin away and i cant fight i always give in, im worried its going to affect my diet - HELP !!!
im abit worried about starting the kickstart plan because i really like to feel full obviously and i was wondering if anyone knows the best small dinner to have to achieve this that fits in with the plan!?
